I don’t think there is a study on this topic directly, but one could infer it from many of the paraprofessional studies. Some say emotional intelligence is related but idk whether that’s the same as like IQ
Yeah, it surprises me that there isn’t a study that directly addresses this. In other areas, IQ is the single best predictor of job performance. And it’s not like there aren’t “kitchen sink” studies that try to measure everything. Weird that people have neglected IQ

Early on, you mention a study that compared therapy efficacy administered by English teachers vs therapists. Got a link to that?
It's this study - I got it from the book "House of Cards" by Dawes. Looks like the professors taught English, History, Math, and Philosophy.
